     The goal of counseling is to help facilitate personal growth in our clients. To facilitate growth we utilize a person-centered approach with a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. 
     As a client, it is your right to expect to be treated with respect and dignity. You can also expect confidentiality during each session.
